3S 1500H/HP Transport Platform The 3S 1500H/HP is a high-capacity transport platform for projects that need to elevate a full crew together with heavy materials. Its 3200×1400 mm deck carries up to 1500 kg or seven people, driven by a dual 2×7.5 kW unit for smooth, high-cycle travel to 100 m at 24 m/min for materials and 12 m/min for personnel. The dual-drive tandem frame spreads load evenly across the guide rollers for reduced wear and a longer service life. To enhance resilience, the mast sections undergo a hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment, achieving an anti-corrosion grade of C4. Guardrail Components The ground enclosure fence serves to isolate the safe area around the transportation platform, preventing accidents. Additionally, each landing floor features a slidable guardrail with an interlock system to prevent operators from falling, and make sure the platform can not move when the door is open. Operation Platform The operation platform ensures seamless functionality, while a drawbridge with guardrails is conveniently positioned on its back for installers to secure masts and rails during erection. The floor, composed of bent and perforated elements, offers both rigidity and anti-slip properties. Installing the loading ramp on either side, left or right, enhances the convenience of loading and unloading, which also features a control bar system with vertical or horizontal openings. To enhance versatility, the loading ramp can be substituted with a bi-foldable gate, facilitating easy loading with a fork-lift or when it is used for manned lifting. Drive System The single or dual drive unit operates on mast sections using a series of guide rollers mounted on a tandem frame, ensuring uniform pressure distribution and leading to decreased wear, smoother travel, and an extended lifespan for the entire guiding system. The dual motor with manual descending function, overload protection device, and fall arrest system are centrally located for efficient installation and streamlined operation. Additionally, the cable guiding tube on the rear side of the platform prevents the entire power system from being encumbered by lengthy cables. Guiding System The guiding system comprises guide rails, single guide rollers, and double guide rollers. The guide rail is interconnected through standard sections, where the rack is securely fastened. Buffers are positioned at the top and bottom of the standard section. The transport platform is linked to the guide rail via guide wheels, facilitating reciprocal movement along the rail to ensure the platform adheres to the designated trajectory. Mast Sections The mast sections are securely fastened to each other using 3-4 eyebolts, ensuring swift and safe assembly while eliminating the risk of loss. Simultaneously, the rack is affixed to the mast through screwing. The Mast Tie is attached to the mast sections using a double frame, enhancing the rigidity of the masts and providing a robust connection to the main building.
