3S Industry was founded in 2005 and has grown into a global supplier of safety equipment and engineering service solutions for working-at-height applications. They have over 900 employees, more than 60 invention patents, and hold over 170 global qualifications. Their products are used in more than 70 countries across construction, industrial, wind energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Their approach is practical. The engineering is purpose-built for demanding site conditions, and the product range reflects real-world requirements across different project types and scales, not just theoretical specifications.

Construction Hoists: CH Series
The CH Series construction hoists are available in single and twin cage configurations. The twin cage model (CH200/200) carries 2,000 kg per cage and reaches heights of up to 300 meters, with speeds of up to 63 meters per minute. These are the units used for moving personnel and materials on high-rise construction projects, the core vertical transport solution for any significant building program.
Mast Climbers: MC Series
The MC Series mast climbing work platforms are designed for large-scale facade construction and restoration. Available in single and twin-mast configurations, with rated loads between 3,500 and 5,000 kg and a maximum lifting height of 300 metres, these platforms are suited to projects where scaffolding is impractical and precise, flexible height access is required across a wide working deck.
Industrial Elevators: SC Series
The SC Series industrial elevators use rack and pinion technology for permanent and semi-permanent vertical access in industrial environments. The SC200 carries 2,000 kg at speeds up to 36 metres per minute to heights of up to 300 meters. These are the units specified for industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure assets requiring long-term vertical access.
Tower Climbers: T150
The T150 Tower Climber is designed specifically for tower cranes and confined vertical applications. It carries a single operator with tools to heights up to 200 meters, addressing the practical problem of fatigue and safety risk during long vertical climbs. For tower crane access on UAE high-rise sites, this is a straightforward improvement over manual ladder climbing.
Ladder Hoists: Battery and Plug-In Models
The ladder hoist range provides portable, compact material lifting for sites where space is limited and a larger hoist is impractical. The battery model allows cordless operation where power access is restricted. Rated loads and lifting heights vary by model, and both configurations are practical for fit-out, maintenance, and construction applications.
Vertical Ladder Hoists: VH01L300
The VH01L300 uses the same rack and pinion technology found in the larger 3S range, in a compact footprint. It handles loads up to 300 kg to heights of up to 50 meters, making it suitable for mid-rise and industrial applications where a full construction hoist is more than the project requires.
Trailer Lifts: YT Series
The YT Series trailer lifts are road-towable high-access units designed for maintenance and construction work requiring rapid deployment. The YT732 model reaches a rail length of 32 meters and carries 250 kg. These units close the gap between portable ladders and permanent access systems for short-duration or mobile maintenance operations.
