Having a rated load capacity of 800 kg, this suspended platform safely accommodates multiple workers along with their tools and materials, making it ideal for medium to heavy-duty construction and façade projects. Its maximum capacity is to be followed as per cite and city regulations. It has an ascending speed of 8–10 m/min which ensures efficient vertical transportation while also maintaining smooth and controlled operational stability. The modular suspended platform size ranges from 1 to 7.5 meters in length and 0.69 meters in width, allowing flexible adjustment to suit different building widths and structural requirements. Equipped with high-strength 4 × 31 SW + PP steel wire ropes measuring 8.6 mm in diameter, the system delivers excellent durability, stability, and secure suspension throughout operation.

The ZLP800 is powered by the reliable LTD 8.0 hoist, designed for consistent and dependable lifting performance. With a rated lifting force of 8.0 kN, a 1.8 kW electric motor, 400 V voltage, and 15 N·m braking torque, the system ensures smooth elevation, precise load handling, and enhanced braking control for added safety. To further protect workers at height, the platform integrates the LSG20 safety lock system. This advanced safety mechanism supports a steel rope angle adjusting range of 3°–8°, withstands an allowable impact force of up to 20 kN, and operates with a rope lock distance of up to 100 meters using 8.6 mm steel ropes. In the event of wire rope failure or excessive platform tilt, the safety lock automatically engages, preventing accidents and ensuring maximum operational security.
